Are cross-border taxis to Johor Bahru legal in 2026?

Yes — taxis licensed under the official Cross-Border Taxi Scheme are fully legal and jointly regulated by Singapore’s LTA and Malaysia’s APAD. The illegal part is the unlicensed touts at the checkpoints. From 4 May 2026 the scheme also lets licensed taxis drop you off anywhere in Singapore and across the Johor Bahru area (Iskandar Puteri, Forest City, Kulai and Senai). 你们的司机有打疫苗吗？

我们所有司机均已完成疫苗接种，并定期检查症状。车内提供口罩与消毒液（如需可主动索取）。

可以预订儿童座椅或加高座椅吗？

可以，请预订时告知。我们提供婴儿座椅、幼儿座椅和加高座椅，免费供应，需提前 24 小时预订。

可以带宠物吗？

小型宠物（笼装）免费携带；大型犬（>15 公斤）请先 WhatsApp 联系——我们有专门的司机与车辆配备。

可以中途多次停靠吗？

可以，额外上落客点不设上限。车资包含一个上车点和一个下车点；每增加一个上落客点加收 SGD 20（如：新加坡家中 → 新山医院 → KSL Mall → 新加坡家中，即 2 个额外停靠点）。等候时间每小时 SGD 60。长途路线（吉隆坡、云顶）为单点接送，多点服务请用全日司机包车。

可以给司机小费吗？

小费是欢迎但非必需。如想表示感谢，可直接给现金给司机。
