Privacy policy

What we collect

• Booking data: name, phone number, email (optional), pickup address, destination address, date/time, passenger count, vehicle preference, any notes you provide
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, page navigation, lead ID (UUID stored in your browser’s localStorage)
• Communication data: WhatsApp messages, Telegram messages, phone call records related to your booking

How we use it

• To dispatch your driver and complete your booking
• To send booking confirmations and reminders
• To respond to questions or complaints
• To improve our service (aggregated and anonymised)

Who we share it with

• JCTransport (our driver network operator) — to dispatch and complete your trip
• Service providers we use to operate the site (Google Analytics via Site Kit, Site Kit, Pexels/Unsplash for images)
• Legal authorities only when required by law

Your rights under Singapore PDPA

• You can request access to the data we hold about you
• You can request correction or deletion (subject to legal record-keeping requirements)
• You can withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4 via Site Kit) and to remember your booking session (a UUID stored in localStorage so we can attribute leads). No advertising cookies.
