Booking and confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after we WhatsApp/email you a confirmation with the flat fare and driver details
  • Quoted fares are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated
  • Bookings made via this site are forwarded to our driver network operator (Jumppy Transport) for dispatch

Pricing

  • All quoted fares are flat per vehicle, per direction, in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
  • Includes: driver, fuel, tolls, immigration crossings, up to 3 stops on cross-border routes
  • Excludes: parking fees inside paid garages, additional stops beyond the included allowance, wait time beyond the free 60-min grace period

Cancellation

  • 30 or more days before pickup: free cancellation — full refund of any deposit paid
  • Less than 30 days before pickup: a cancellation fee of S$150 per direction applies. A return booking cancelled in full is charged S$150 each way (S$300 total)
  • No-show, or cancellation after the driver has already been dispatched: the full fare may be charged
  • Disruptions beyond your control (weather, road closure, or causeway/checkpoint shutdown): full refund or free rebooking

See our full Cancellation Policy for how to cancel and how the per-direction fee is calculated.

Cross-border transport and vehicle licensing

Cross-border journeys between Singapore and Malaysia may only be carried out by vehicles holding the correct cross-border transport permit for the route. Jumppy arranges these trips together with our licensed, registered transport partners, using vehicles that are permitted for cross-border service.

Please note the general licensing position: a Singapore-registered vehicle is licensed to operate within Singapore, and a Malaysia-registered vehicle within Malaysia. For a fully permitted cross-border transfer, the appropriate permitted vehicle (for example a cross-border van or MPV) is assigned — this is why certain vehicle types are recommended for cross-border routes.

Passenger responsibilities

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visas and any required permits) and for clearing immigration and customs. Jumppy and its partners are not liable for denied entry, immigration or customs decisions, or delays caused by the authorities at either checkpoint.

Regulatory checks and delays

Journeys may be subject to checkpoint, immigration, customs or other regulatory inspection. Any delay, re-routing or stoppage required by the authorities is beyond our control, does not constitute a service failure by Jumppy, and is not grounds for a refund. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Liability

Our liability for any single booking is limited to the value of the booking. We carry standard passenger insurance — see /insurance-and-safety/ for details.

Disputes

Any disputes are subject to Singapore law. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days of receipt.
