Per vehicle. A chartered van, minibus or coach is priced for the whole vehicle, not per head — so a group splitting one fare often beats per-person options like cross-border buses.

Yes — both Singapore and Malaysia require a valid passport with at least 6 months validity. Singapore PRs and Malaysian citizens may use other approved documents (NRIC for SG–JB at certain checkpoints). We’ll confirm what’s needed when you book.

Yes — and there’s no limit on extra points. The fare covers one pick-up and one drop-off; each additional pick-up or drop-off point adds SGD 20 (e.g. SG home → JB hospital → KSL Mall → SG home = 2 extra points). Waiting time is SGD 60 per hour. For long-haul coach charters, multi-stop itineraries are quoted as a full-day charter.

Yes. A return trip is simply two one-ways (one-way × 2). If you want the driver to wait at your destination and bring you back the same day, waiting time is S$60 per hour, or ask us for a day-rate.

Yes — please request when booking. We provide infant seats, toddler seats, and boosters at no extra charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

It varies a lot. Off-peak weekdays can be quick; Friday evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays can take 1–2 hours or more. We check checkpoint conditions before we leave and choose the Causeway or the Second Link accordingly.

Cash (SGD or MYR), PayNow, bank transfer, WeChat Pay and Alipay, paid to the driver. Corporate accounts can be invoiced.

Same-day pickup is usually fine outside peak hours. For peak hours (5am-9am, 5pm-9pm, weekends), 24-hour notice is safer. Coach charters and long-haul trips into Malaysia: 48 hours’ notice ideal.
