Toyota Alphard
Cross-border luxury for families and executives — the gold standard for SG↔KL. 6 pax with 2 checked + 2 cabin bags.
See Toyota Alphard details →Excursion-licensed buses from 13 to 45 seats with driver — day trips, community outings, and cross-border excursions. Round-trip with on-site waiting, and short-notice bookings handled. From $210 per trip.
Excursions are quoted by trip — headcount, destination count, waiting hours, and whether the day crosses the border all move the number. WhatsApp us the outing shape and the quote comes back the same day. As proof points: the 13-seater Hiace runs from $210 SG↔JB and the 23-seater minibus from $430 SG↔JB; larger coaches are quoted per trip. Intra-Singapore day rates are on quote — a single-venue half-day and a three-stop full-day are different jobs — and the canonical route matrix lives on our pricing page.
If you’re still sizing the group, the 23-seater covers most community outings, and the 45-seater coach takes a full congregation or company in one vehicle. The bus charter sizing guide walks the whole range, and bus charter prices covers how quotes are built. Groups that outgrow one vehicle can mix tiers in a single booking — a coach plus a Hiace on the same itinerary is a normal dispatch shape.
In Singapore, “excursion bus” is an LTA vehicle-licence class for buses that carry groups on chartered, non-scheduled trips — you’ll see the EXCURSION BUS plate on the vehicle itself. Practically, it means the bus is licensed for exactly this job: private group outings, not public routes. Our charter pool runs excursion-licensed vehicles across the 13-to-45-seat range.
Yes — homeschool co-ops, parent groups, and community organisations book the same way as everyone else: one WhatsApp message with the trip outline. No school purchase order or corporate paperwork needed for a one-off outing. Groups that run trips regularly can set up a corporate account for invoiced billing.
Later than you’d expect. Because we dispatch against a live fleet network rather than a fixed calendar, excursion buses have been confirmed two days before departure. That said, availability is genuinely tighter on public holidays and school-holiday weekends — if your date is fixed, book as soon as the headcount is roughly known.
Yes. Full-day waiting is the default for excursion bookings — the driver stays with the vehicle near the venue and returns the group at the agreed time.
Yes — two or three venues in one day is a normal excursion shape. Send the rough itinerary on WhatsApp and the flat quote covers the whole day, waiting included.
Yes. Legoland, JB, Malacca and Desaru day-trips run with Causeway or Second Link clearance and Malaysian highway tolls included in the Hiace flat fare; coach quotes itemise the same inclusions. See Singapore to Legoland for the most-booked cross-border excursion.
Yes — set up a corporate account and we invoice on 3-7 day terms. Useful for organisations, religious groups, and co-ops running several outings a year.
