Anyone travelling from Singapore should plan for cool weather, not “tropical Malaysia” weather. Families with young kids especially — a sleepy toddler in the Mossy Forest jeep ride at 7am needs a real jacket, not a cardigan. March–May: Mild and relatively dry. A light jacket plus a long-sleeved shirt is usually enough. Best window for first-timers.
