1 WhatsApp us the brief For Umrah or Hajj: flight details, family count, send-off or welcome window. For Hari Raya visits: stops, family-size and date. For madrasah: pickup map, class times and contract length. A short message is enough.
2 We quote a flat rate Locked-in price covers vehicle, driver, fuel, on-site waiting and — for cross-border legs — Causeway tolls and clearance. Multi-vehicle and multi-day bookings come back on a single invoice.
3 Confirmed driver runs the route Drivers brief in with the family or coordinator. For long journeys we agree the prayer-time and halal-stop schedule before departure so the trip respects the group’s needs.

Sample fares

Mosque and community bookings vary too much for a single flat fare. A Changi Umrah send-off with one Hiace is a different shape from a multi-vehicle Hari Raya visiting round, or a cross-border religious-tour package to Malacca. We quote on the brief.

Can you handle a Hajj or Umrah send-off at Changi?

Yes. Multi-vehicle family and community transport to Changi for the send-off, with extended-family pickups co-ordinated under one booking. For pilgrims flying to Jeddah via Kuala Lumpur, we also run the SG-to-KLIA cross-border leg with Causeway clearance and tolls included. Welcome-home pickups at Changi for returning Hajis follow the same shape.

Will the driver stop for prayer during a long journey?

Yes. We agree the solat and rest-stop schedule with the family or coordinator before departure — at neighbourhood mosques, rest stops along the North–South Expressway, or wherever the group prefers. The driver builds the prayer windows into the journey rather than treating them as an interruption.

Can you do Hari Raya visiting rounds with multiple stops?

Yes — multi-stop visiting transport during the Hari Raya period is a common booking. Useful for elderly relatives, nursing-home outings and extended families who can’t all fit in private cars. Full-day waiting between stops is built into the quote.

Do you handle madrasah and weekend religious class transport?

Yes. Weekly recurring shuttles for students attending madrasah or weekend religious classes are quoted as a standing contract — same arrangement as our school bus service. Pickup points from neighbourhood meeting points to the class venue and back.

Halal food stops on long cross-border trips?

We don’t provide food, but we plan the rest-stop schedule around halal options with the family before departure. Common halal rest stops along the route to KL, Malacca and Putrajaya are part of the driver’s standard knowledge.

Can we discuss seating arrangements for the group?

Yes. Some congregations and families prefer to discuss seating layout at booking — separate seating areas, family arrangements or specific accommodations. Let us know on WhatsApp and we’ll match the vehicle and the briefing accordingly.

How far ahead should we book for Hari Raya or Ramadan transport?

Four to six weeks ahead for the first three days of Hari Raya — that’s the tightest window in the calendar across Singapore. Ramadan iftar gatherings and tarawih shuttles are quieter on the booking side; two to three weeks is usually enough. Confirm earlier if the brief involves multiple vehicles.
