Cruise transfer Singapore: we get you to the right terminal, on time

Singapore has two cruise terminals — and guests turn up at the wrong one all the time. Tell us your cruise line or ship and we make sure you arrive at the correct pier. Flat fares from SGD 85, a driver waiting, no taxi-queue scramble.

Cruise Transfer Singapore — Marina Bay & HarbourFront Cruise Centre Private Car (2026) — Jumppy Transport

Singapore is one of Southeast Asia’s busiest cruise homeports, and that’s where the trouble starts: there are two cruise terminals on opposite sides of the island, and passengers regularly head to the wrong one. Turn up at HarbourFront when your ship sails from Marina Bay and you have a frantic taxi dash with a boarding clock ticking.

That’s the core of what we do. Tell us your cruise line or ship’s name when you book, and we make sure the car drops you at the right terminal — flat fare agreed up front, driver waiting, no queue to fight on disembarkation morning.

TL;DR — Cruise transfer Singapore in 4 lines
Two terminals: Marina Bay Cruise Centre (downtown) and Singapore Cruise Centre @ HarbourFront (next to Sentosa) — easy to mix up.
We confirm your terminal: give us the cruise line or ship and we route you to the correct pier.
Our fares: flat and agreed up front — from SGD 85 (Standard Car), luxury MPV from SGD 99, each way, in line with our Changi airport transfer rates.
Best for: families with heavy cruise luggage, groups, fly-cruise arrivals, and beating the disembarkation taxi crush.

Singapore’s two cruise terminals — and how to avoid the wrong one

This is the single most common cruise-day mistake. The two terminals are nowhere near each other, they serve different cruise lines, and the names are easy to muddle. Here’s the quick map.

TerminalWhereConnected toExample cruise lines
Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore (MBCCS)Downtown, near Marina South PierNot well linked to the MRT — a walk or shuttle from Marina South Pier stationRoyal Caribbean, Disney Cruise Line, Princess, Norwegian (NCL), Resorts World Cruises (Genting Dream, year-round)
Singapore Cruise Centre @ HarbourFront (SCC)HarbourFront, next to SentosaVivoCity mall and HarbourFront MRTOceania, Regent, Silversea, Viking, Star Cruises, plus regional ferries

Marina Bay Cruise Centre is the bigger, downtown terminal. It isn’t well connected to the MRT — the nearest station is Marina South Pier, and you still have a walk or shuttle to the door, which is no fun with a stack of suitcases. It wrapped up a S$40M upgrade in October 2025, adding a new Pier 2 check-in hall, more ride-hailing lots, and early baggage drop-off, so a pre-booked car can pull right up to a proper drop point. Singapore Cruise Centre @ HarbourFront sits beside VivoCity and HarbourFront MRT, right next to Sentosa, and handles the smaller luxury and expedition lines plus regional ferries.

The point: if you only remember “the cruise terminal”, you have a one-in-two chance of being wrong. Give us the line or ship and we lock the correct terminal into the booking.

Why pre-book over a taxi or Grab on cruise day

Cruise day has a hard deadline most trips don’t — miss it and the ship leaves without you.

  • Fixed embarkation cut-off. You must be on board by a set time or the ship sails. A pre-booked car with a driver already waiting removes the gamble of finding a taxi in the morning rush.
  • Heavy cruise luggage. Cruise packing is rarely a cabin bag — it’s big cases for a week or two at sea. An MPV swallows that comfortably; a queue cab might not.
  • Families and groups. One vehicle for the whole party beats splitting across separate cabs that arrive at different times.
  • The disembarkation crush. A whole ship — thousands of passengers — exits within a couple of hours. The taxi queue on arrival morning is brutal, and ride-hail apps surge on cue. A driver waiting with your name skips all of it.
  • No surge. The fare is agreed up front and doesn’t move, however many ships are in port that day.

Flying in then cruising? Changi straight to the pier

Plenty of cruise guests fly into Changi and head straight to the ship the same day — a “fly-cruise”. We do Changi to your cruise terminal in one ride: a driver meets you at arrivals, the luggage goes in once, and you’re at the correct pier without a transfer or a second booking. See our Changi airport transfer for how the meet-and-greet works, and tell us your ship so we route to the right terminal from the airport.

Big cruise group? Vans and coaches

Travelling with an extended family, a club, or a corporate cruise party? We can send a 13-seater van or a coach so everyone — and all the cases — arrives together in one vehicle. Browse capacities on our fleet, and WhatsApp us your headcount and luggage so we quote the right size.

Our cruise transfer fares

Flat, agreed up front, each way — in line with our Changi airport transfer rates. No surge, whatever the port traffic. For very early embarkation, note that pickups between 11pm and 7am carry a flat +S$30 night surcharge.

What we need from you

To get you to the right terminal at the right time, send us three things:

  • Your cruise line or ship name. This is how we confirm Marina Bay Cruise Centre versus HarbourFront — never guess.
  • Embarkation or disembarkation date and time. So we pick a pickup that clears the boarding cut-off, or catches you at the gangway on arrival day.
  • Pickup address and party size. Plus rough luggage count, so we send a car with enough boot space.

The Jumppy way

We’re a cross-border chauffeur booking platform — you WhatsApp us your cruise line, ship, terminal, and pickup, and we dispatch a vetted JCTransport vehicle to the correct pier. One flat fare, no surge, a driver waiting. Need a car for the days around your sailing? We also do a full-day driver for sightseeing, or a cross-border taxi if you’re pairing the cruise with a trip up to Johor. From SGD 85, and we’ll have you at the gangway in a jiffy.

FAQ

Which terminal does my cruise leave from?

Tell us the cruise line and we’ll confirm it. As a guide: Royal Caribbean, Disney, Princess, NCL, and Resorts World’s Genting Dream sail from Marina Bay Cruise Centre; Oceania, Regent, Silversea, Viking, and Star Cruises use HarbourFront. We lock the correct terminal into your booking so you don’t end up at the wrong one.

How much is a transfer to the cruise terminal?

From SGD 85 each way in a Standard Car, or from SGD 99 in a luxury MPV — in line with our Changi airport transfer rates. The fare is flat and agreed up front, with no surge. WhatsApp us your pickup address to confirm the exact figure, and see our pricing page for the full matrix.

Can you fit cruise luggage?

Yes. Cruise cases are big, so we’d usually suggest a luxury MPV for a family’s worth of luggage. For a larger group with lots of bags, we can send a 13-seater van or a coach. Tell us your headcount and rough luggage count and we’ll size the vehicle right — see our fleet.

Can you pick me up very early for embarkation?

Yes, around the clock. For an early embarkation, pickups between 11pm and 7am carry a flat SGD 30 night surcharge. Pre-booking is the safe move when there’s a fixed boarding cut-off — the car is already there rather than something you’re hunting for at dawn.

Will you wait for me on disembarkation day?

Yes. Give us your ship name and expected arrival time and we’ll have a driver ready when you come off — so you skip the taxi queue that the whole ship joins at once. The fare is the same flat figure as your outbound trip, with no surge.

I’m flying in then cruising — can you do Changi to the pier?

Yes, in one ride. A driver meets you at Changi arrivals and takes you straight to the correct cruise terminal — no transfer, no second booking. Just tell us your flight and your ship. See our Changi airport transfer page for how meet-and-greet works.

Is the fare fixed?

Yes. We agree the fare up front and it doesn’t move — no surge, however many ships are in port that day. The only add-on is the flat SGD 30 night surcharge for pickups between 11pm and 7am. We confirm the all-in figure on WhatsApp before you book.

How do I make sure I arrive at the right terminal?

Send us the cruise line or the ship’s name when you book. That’s all we need to confirm Marina Bay Cruise Centre versus HarbourFront and route the driver to the correct pier — so there’s no wrong-terminal dash with a boarding clock running.
