Executive Sedan
Full-day private driver — Singapore
Your own driver and vehicle for 8 or 10 hours. Corporate, wedding, family days, photoshoots, even Pokémon GO chauffeur.
What’s included in a full-day booking
- One driver, one vehicle, your dayThe same driver stays with you across the booking — pickup, every stop, waiting in between, and the final drop-off. No meter, no swap-overs, no ride-by-ride bookings.
- Driver waits between stopsWhether it’s ten minutes between client meetings or three hours at a wedding venue, the driver and vehicle stay with you. Equipment can stay in the car between locations.
- Flat day-rate, not meteredYou pay the agreed 8-hour or 10-hour rate up front. ERP, parking and waiting are folded in. Overtime past the booked window is billed per extra hour at a clear rate; nothing surfaces as a surprise on the receipt.
- Right vehicle for the dayStandard MPV for families with luggage and child seats, executive sedan for corporate roadshows, luxury MPV for wedding-grade comfort, 13-seater Hiace for larger groups. Browse the fleet and tell us what you need.
Common use cases
- Corporate roadshow — multi-stop client visits across the island
- Wedding day — bride/groom shuttle, vendor runs, family transport. For dedicated bridal-car framing, see our wedding chauffeur page.
- Family day out — Sentosa, Zoo, USS, with all the bags and child seats
- Photoshoot — driver waits at each location, equipment stays in the car. Full setup on photoshoot chauffeur.
- Elderly companion driver — patient, helps with mobility, multi-stop appointments. See elderly chauffeur.
- Pokémon GO chauffeur — yes, really. Multi-gym route, A/C, all-day comfort.
How a full-day booking works
- 1 WhatsApp us your day Date, pickup time, rough itinerary (or “we’ll decide on the day”), group size, and any specific vehicle preference. A short message is enough — we’ll work the detail with you.
- 2 We confirm the day-rate You get the right tier from our fleet and a flat 8-hour or 10-hour rate that includes the driver, vehicle, fuel, ERP and parking. Overtime past the booked window is quoted as a clear per-hour add-on.
- 3 The same driver runs the day Driver pings 15 minutes before pickup, follows your itinerary at your pace, waits between stops, and brings you home. Nothing meter-based, no ride-by-ride bookings to redo.
Day-rate vs hourly vs point-to-point
Three ways to book a driver in Singapore and they’re not interchangeable. Picking the right shape saves both money and headaches.
| Booking shape | Best for | What it costs |
|---|---|---|
| Full day (8 or 10 hours) | Multi-stop days with waiting in between — weddings, roadshows, photoshoots, family days, multi-clinic medical days, full Pokémon GO loops. | Flat day-rate quoted up front. Best value when total stops cross 3-4 and waiting matters. |
| Point-to-point | Single A-to-B transfers — airport, hotel-to-restaurant, one-way to JB. No waiting needed at the destination. | Flat fare per trip. See our SG to JB taxi and Changi airport transfer for examples. |
| Hourly | Short windows that don’t warrant a day — a 3-hour client visit, a half-day event-day pickup loop. | Per-hour rate with a 3-hour minimum on most tiers. Crosses over to better-value full-day at around 6 hours. |
If you’re not sure which one fits, WhatsApp us the day shape and we’ll point you to the booking type that costs least.
Sample fares
Day-rates depend on vehicle tier and whether you book an 8-hour or 10-hour window. Standard MPV is the most common pick for families and wedding parties; executive sedan and luxury MPV cost more but feel more presentable for client-facing roadshows and bridal cars; 13-seater Hiace is the group answer.
Full tier matrix sits on our pricing page — look at the Full-day rows. For comparable booking shapes, see wedding chauffeur, photoshoot chauffeur, MICE event transport and elderly chauffeur — all share the same day-rate logic but with use-case-specific framing.
If your day extends past midnight, the standard S$30 surcharge applies for pickups between 23:00 and 07:00. Cross-border legs into JB are billed separately if the day includes a Causeway run — see the cross-border page for that framing.
Full-day driver across the border
Many full-day bookings spill across to JB — a JB shopping day from Singapore, a hospital visit at Iskandar Puteri, a JB seafood lunch followed by a Singapore afternoon. We handle those as a full-day booking with cross-border legs folded in: MY-plate vehicle for the JB segments, Causeway or Second Link clearance handled by the driver, tolls included in the agreed day-rate. WhatsApp us the rough plan and we’ll set the right vehicle and price. For overnight cross-border, see our SG to JB overview.
Full-day FAQs
Are cross-border taxis to Johor Bahru legal in 2026?
Yes — taxis licensed under the official Cross-Border Taxi Scheme are fully legal and jointly regulated by Singapore’s LTA and Malaysia’s APAD. The illegal part is the unlicensed touts at the checkpoints. From 4 May 2026 the scheme also lets licensed taxis drop you off anywhere in Singapore and across the Johor Bahru area (Iskandar Puteri, Forest City, Kulai and Senai). See our 2026 cross-border taxi scheme guide for the new rules, pick-up points and fares — or book a door-to-door private chauffeur and skip the terminals altogether.
Are your drivers vaccinated?
All our drivers are fully vaccinated and re-tested for symptoms regularly. We provide masks and hand sanitiser in every vehicle on request.
Can I book a child seat or booster?
Yes — please request when booking. We provide infant seats, toddler seats, and boosters at no extra charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes for small pets in carriers, no extra charge. Larger dogs (>15kg) — please WhatsApp first; we have specific drivers and vehicles set up for this.
Can I make multiple stops?
Yes — and there’s no limit on extra points. The fare covers one pick-up and one drop-off; each additional pick-up or drop-off point adds SGD 20 (e.g. SG home → JB hospital → KSL Mall → SG home = 2 extra points). Waiting time is SGD 60 per hour. Long-haul (KL, Genting) is single drop-off; multi-stop available as full-day driver hire.
Can I tip the driver?
Tipping is appreciated but not expected. If you’d like to tip, cash directly to the driver works best.
