Cross-border immigration on Causeway Link

1. Board your CW route at the SG starting point, tap your EZ-Link or contactless card
2. Bus drives to Woodlands Checkpoint — alight to clear Singapore exit immigration
3. Keep your boarding pass / ticket. If your bus leaves before you finish immigration, board the next CW bus on the same route — your fare is still valid
4. Re-board, cross the Causeway by bus
5. Alight at Sultan Iskandar Building (BSI) on the JB side to clear Malaysian immigration
6. Re-board for the final leg to your CW route’s JB endpoint (JB Sentral, Larkin, Perling, JPO)
