For the cross-border product, yes — we serve overlapping customers. For SG-internal taxi, no — Strides runs a full LTA-licensed taxi network and we do not. Many travellers use Strides for SG taxis and price us for the cross-border leg specifically.

Should I just book Strides directly?

If LTA licensing or the Strides app workflow is important to you, yes. We would suggest pricing both if you want choice across six fleet tiers, all-in toll-included pricing, or a multi-day cross-border package quoted as one job.

Are you LTA-licensed?

We are a lead-gen and booking platform that dispatches confirmed jobs to a vetted private chauffeur partner. We are not an LTA-licensed taxi service. If your booking specifically requires an LTA-licensed taxi, Strides is the cleaner option.

Do you have a booking app?

Flat fare locks the price upfront based on the route and vehicle tier — useful when you want predictability and tolls bundled in. Metered pricing scales with distance and waiting time, which can be cheaper on short trips and more expensive on long ones with delays. For SG↔JB cross-border, flat fares usually feel cleaner because Causeway waits are unpredictable.

Can you do KL or KLIA airport, not just JB?
