Standard MPV
Toyota Voxy
Budget-friendly family MPV — great for short cross-border runs. 5 pax with 2 checked + 2 cabin bags.
See Toyota Voxy details →Door-to-door JPO cross-border transfers from any Singapore address. Flat fares from SGD 150, all tolls and Causeway clearance included. We drop you at the outlet entrance, wait while you shop, and load the bags back in.
Johor Premium Outlets (JPO) is the luxury outlet mall in Indahpura, Kulai — Coach, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren, Adidas, Nike and roughly 150 designer and lifestyle brands at outlet pricing. From central Singapore it’s about an hour by private chauffeur, with all the bags coming home in the boot.
Johor Premium Outlets opened in 2011 as Malaysia’s first premium outlet centre, modelled on the Simon Premium Outlets format. It now houses around 150 designer and brand outlet stores in a low-rise village layout, with year-round discounts running 25–65% off retail. The mall has its own food court, plus Starbucks and The Coffee Bean for the inevitable mid-shop reset.
JPO sits roughly an hour from central Singapore, off the AH2 highway in Kulai. Both checkpoints work; Tuas is marginally shorter via Iskandar Puteri.
From SGD 150 in a Standard MPV that takes 4–5 with luggage. Drive time is around 46 minutes off-peak from the Causeway, closer to an hour in weekend traffic. Causeway and Malaysian highway tolls are included in the flat fare. We drop you at the JPO main entrance and the same vehicle handles your return — including the boot space for the bags. See cross border taxi options for the wider SG↔JB lineup.
Causeway Link runs dedicated JPO-branded routes (the JPO2 and JPO3 services) from Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints directly to the outlet. Cheap, scheduled, but slow if you miss a service. For shopping days where you might not finish on schedule, it can leave you stranded. More on the cross border bus singapore options.
Not practical. The shuttle tebrau ends at JB Sentral, then JPO is still a 30-minute Grab onward. Most shoppers skip this routing.
Possible with a registered vep application on your Singapore-plated car. JPO has its own large car park. Worth it for hardcore shoppers who don’t mind the Causeway queue and the toll fiddling.
Flat fare per vehicle, not per person. Causeway / Second Link tolls and Malaysian highway tolls included.
| Vehicle | Pax | Flat fare (SGD) |
|---|---|---|
| Standard MPV (Voxy / Noah / Serena) | 4–7 | $150 |
| Luxury MPV (Alphard / Vellfire) | 4–7 | $180 |
| 13-seater Hiace | 8–13 | $210 |
Round-trip rates are available — typically 2× the one-way fare with a wait or return leg. See the full pricing matrix →
About 46 minutes from the Causeway off-peak, closer to 60 minutes during weekend traffic. From central Singapore it’s roughly an hour door-to-door before factoring in Causeway clearance.
Both work. Tuas Second Link is marginally shorter via Iskandar Puteri and the AH2. Causeway is fine if you’re coming from northern or central Singapore. Our drivers route by live traffic — pickup address determines the call.
Yes. Standard wait is 30 minutes free; longer holds use an hourly disposal rate. For full shopping days, WhatsApp us before booking and we’ll quote a flat round-trip including a 3–5 hour wait window.
Yes — Senai International Airport is a short drive from JPO. We can pick up at Senai, drop at JPO, then continue on to Singapore. Send flight number and shopping window on WhatsApp for a combined quote.
For a couple shopping moderately, yes — a Vios-class boot handles four to six paper bags comfortably. For heavy outlet hauls or four shoppers, upgrade to a Standard MPV at SGD 150 — the boot space difference is significant. See the full jumppy fleet for vehicle dimensions.
Yes — SGD, MYR cash, PayNow, bank transfer, WeChat Pay and AliPay are all accepted. Pay in whatever’s left over after the outlets. Full payment options.
Yes — one-way is fine. Many shoppers book a chauffeured outbound (no Causeway queue stress) then take the JPO2 or JPO3 bus back when ready. Round-trip with a wait is 2× the one-way fare; one-way each direction is also fine.
