What we handle is the ground-transport leg: home to Changi for the outbound flight, airport to the new home on arrival, vet to home, home to vet, and any cross-border vet visit on the way. If your specialist already has the air segment booked, we slot under them on the local driving.

For Singapore-side regulation, the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under NParks governs pet import and export. Cross-border movement requires advance permits, microchipping and rabies vaccinations, with quarantine for some categories. Typical international relocation timelines run four to six months end to end (microchip, rabies vaccine, 30-day wait, blood draw for the Rabies Titer Test, second vaccine). Don’t move an unregistered pet across the border — coordinate with AVS and the receiving authority well ahead of the travel date. We can drive the pet, but we don’t handle the paperwork.

3 Owner and pet ride together Driver helps with crate boarding. Owner stays with the pet throughout the ride — pets must not be left unattended in the vehicle, even briefly.

Sample fares

Pet bookings are bespoke. A short vet run with a one-hour wait is very different from a relocation-day haul with airport drop and luggage, so we quote against the actual route and hours.

For reference, our Standard MPV from Singapore to JB starts from SGD 150 one-way and our 13-seater Hiace starts from SGD 210 — both with tolls and Causeway clearance included. FAQ

Will the driver mind a pet in the vehicle?

Pre-booking flags a pet-friendly driver. Not every driver in the dispatch pool takes pets, so a walk-up booking without prior notice may not work — please tell us in advance on WhatsApp.

Is a crate or carrier required?

Yes for safety and cleanliness. Cats must travel in a carrier. Larger dogs benefit from being crated for the ride, especially on cross-border legs where Causeway queue times can be unpredictable.

Can you handle cross-border pet travel?

Yes for the driving leg, with tolls included. The regulatory side — AVS permits, microchip records, rabies vaccinations, quarantine where applicable — sits with you and your vet. Don’t move an unregistered pet across the border.

Do you handle international pet relocation, including the flight?

No — that’s specialist work. Operators like Singapore Pet Taxi, Pawkit, Pacific Pet Transport, Starwood, Continental and WorldCare handle airline booking and customs. We handle the ground legs around their bookings.

Can we book a multi-pet booking?

Yes, depending on vehicle tier and how the carriers fit. Standard MPV fits up to two large crates plus the owner; Hiace fits more. Send dimensions on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm.

Will there be a cleaning fee?

Case by case. Standard expectation is the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was picked up in. Heavy shedding, accidents or odour may attract a cleaning fee — we’ll flag it on WhatsApp before charging anything.

Can we leave the pet in the vehicle while we shop?

No. Pets must not be left unattended in the vehicle. Book waiting hours so the driver supervises while the pet stays in the air-conditioned cabin, or schedule the stop around your return.
