Standard MPV
Toyota Voxy
Budget-friendly family MPV — great for short cross-border runs. 5 pax with 2 checked + 2 cabin bags.
See Toyota Voxy details →Door-to-door cross-border transfers from any Singapore address to Puteri Harbour, Medini, Forest City and the wider Iskandar Puteri zone. Flat fares from SGD 150, all tolls and Causeway clearance included. Tuas Second Link is the natural landing — most pickups arrive in 10 to 25 minutes once across.
Iskandar Puteri is the modern, planned half of southern Johor — a waterfront city built on the Tuas Second Link side of the border. If you are heading to Puteri Harbour for brunch, a Medini hotel for a conference, or a property tour around the new residential clusters, a private chauffeur skips the bus transfers and the post-checkpoint Grab hunt.
Iskandar Puteri is the planned-city anchor of the Iskandar Malaysia development zone. It sits west of JB city centre, hugging the Straits of Johor, and was rebranded from Nusajaya about a decade ago. Unlike older JB districts that grew organically, Iskandar Puteri was master-planned — wide roads, gated residential clusters, a marina, and large MICE-grade hotels all clustered within a short drive of one another.
For Singapore visitors, the appeal is variety in a small footprint. You can do a morning property viewing, lunch at Puteri Harbour, an afternoon at Legoland next door, and dinner at Mall of Medini without ever crossing back through traffic-heavy JB centre.
Iskandar Puteri is the closest piece of Malaysia to the Tuas side of Singapore. Once you are across Tuas Second Link, most addresses are 10 to 25 minutes away.
From SGD 150 for a Standard MPV, picking up at any Singapore address. Crossing is via the Sultan Abu Bakar complex (Tuas Second Link), which is almost always faster than the Causeway for this corner of Johor. Total door-to-door is typically 60 to 90 minutes including clearance, with no transfers, no luggage drag, and no separate Grab on the JB side. Book a cross-border taxi with us and we handle pickup, clearance and the JB-side leg as one flat fare.
Doable, and often quick to Iskandar Puteri specifically — but you will need a Vehicle Entry Permit for any Singapore-registered car entering Malaysia. See our VEP application guide before driving across.
There is no single direct public bus from a Singapore CBD address to Puteri Harbour or Medini. Most bus routes terminate at JB Sentral on the Causeway side, requiring an onward taxi or Grab across town to Iskandar Puteri. For mode-by-mode comparison, see our cross-border bus guide.
Some developers and hotels run their own shuttles for booked guests or registered viewers. These are useful but tied to a single endpoint — not flexible for multi-stop weekend itineraries.
Flat fare per vehicle, not per person. Causeway tolls, Second Link tolls, and Malaysian highway tolls are all included.
| Vehicle | Pax | Flat fare (SGD) |

Round-trip rates are available — typically 2× the one-way fare. See the full pricing matrix. If you are deciding between tiers, our fleet page walks through capacity and luggage space.
The drive into Iskandar Puteri after Tuas clearance is the smoothest first impression you can get of Johor. Wide arterial roads, low traffic outside peak commute hours, and clear English-and-Malay signage to the major endpoints — Puteri Harbour, Medini, Educity, Legoland.
Puteri Harbour itself is built around a marina, with a flat promenade good for an after-meal walk and a row of restaurants that turn out to be popular with both locals and Singapore weekend visitors. Medini is more transactional — hotels, conference space, Mall of Medini, and serviced apartments — and a sensible base if you are doing back-to-back meetings or a one-night Legoland stay.
About 10 to 25 minutes once you clear Tuas Second Link, depending on whether you are dropping at Forest City, Puteri Harbour, Medini, or Legoland. Total door-to-door from a Singapore address is typically 60 to 90 minutes including checkpoint clearance.
Tuas Second Link, every time. Iskandar Puteri sits right on the Tuas landing zone — using the Causeway adds 30 to 45 minutes of cross-JB driving for no benefit. We default to Sultan Abu Bakar (Tuas) for this route.
Yes. Standard wait is 30 minutes free; longer holds use an hourly disposal rate, which is often the cleanest option for multi-stop showroom days. WhatsApp us with the addresses and rough timings beforehand and we will quote a flat half-day or full-day rate.
Yes — they are adjacent. Many of our weekend bookings are exactly this: hotel check-in at Medini or Puteri Harbour, theme park during the day, dinner at the marina, return the next morning. See our Singapore to Legoland page for the theme-park-specific framing.
Yes. Drivers accept SGD, MYR cash, PayNow, bank transfer, WeChat Pay and AliPay. Payment options are listed on our pricing page.
Yes — we drive the route regularly. It sits on reclaimed land just southwest of Tuas Second Link and is reachable by the same route as the rest of Iskandar Puteri. Send us the exact tower or block address and we will route accordingly. For the full Forest City write-up — Marina Hotel, golf resort, Beach Club, shuttle-bus comparison — see our Singapore to Forest City page.
Yes. Both one-way and round-trip work. Round-trip is 2× the one-way fare and is usually cheaper than two separate one-ways once you factor in the return positioning.
