Toyota Alphard
Cross-border luxury for families and executives — the gold standard for SG↔KL. 6 pax with 2 checked + 2 cabin bags.
See Toyota Alphard details →More people than a 24-seater holds, but a 40-seater is overkill. We arrange a 30-seater coach through our partner operators — quote-only, sized to your exact group, date, and route.
There’s a real gap in the size ladder between 24 and 40 seats. If your group is 25 to 30 people, a 24-seater coach leaves a handful standing, while a 40-seater means a third of the seats ride empty — and you’d still be quoted for the bigger vehicle. A 30-seater bus fills that middle ground. We don’t keep one in the on-site fleet, so we arrange it through our partner coach operators, sized to your exact headcount.
These are the bookings that land squarely in the 25–30 band — too big for a single 24-seater, not big enough to justify a 40:
If your real number is 24 or fewer, you don’t need a partner-arranged coach — the standard 24-seater tier covers you. See 23-seater bus charter Singapore for that. And if you’re heading past 30 toward a full-size group, step up to 40-seater bus charter Singapore. This page is built for the 25–30 in-between that neither of those quite fits.
We’re upfront about this: we don’t operate a 30-seater in our own fleet, so we don’t post a flat price for one. It’s arranged through partner coach operators, and their availability and rates shift with the date, the route, and how many hours you need the coach. That’s why a 30-seater bus charter is quote-only — WhatsApp us for a firm 30-seater quote and we’ll build it around your actual trip rather than fitting you to a generic figure. For the wider picture of how charter pricing is structured across every size, see bus charter Singapore price, and the canonical rate matrix for our owned and network tiers lives on our pricing page.
The usual cross-border rules still apply once we’ve sized the coach: a return is quoted as one-way × 2, an after-midnight pickup between 11pm and 7am adds a flat S$30, and each extra stop adds S$10. Cross-border coaches are MY-plated for legs beyond JB, and availability is confirmed per date — we phrase it as availability, not licensing, because that’s how it actually works. Tell us early if your group might tip over 30; we’d rather flag a size change up front than quote a coach that ends up tight.
Not certain whether you’re a 24, a 30, or a 40 group? Walk the full size ladder on the bus charter Singapore hub first. For groups well beyond 30 — say a 60-strong cohort across two vehicles — we can run a multi-coach dispatch under one booking, so nobody’s split across operators. WhatsApp us with the headcount and we’ll tell you honestly whether one 30-seater does it or you need to scale.
Up to 24 pax, the standard 24-seater coach tier covers you. At 25–30 pax a 30-seater is the right call — a 24 would leave people standing and a 40 wastes seats you’d still pay for. Past 30 and heading toward full-size, step up to the 40-seater. Tell us your real headcount and we’ll point you to the right tier.
No — we’re honest about that. The 30-seater sits beyond our on-site fleet, so we arrange it through vetted partner coach operators. We manage the booking end to end, so you still deal with one point of contact, but the coach itself is partner-supplied.
Once we’ve checked partner availability for your date, the number we send is a firm quote for that specific trip — not a rough estimate. Because the coach is partner-arranged, we don’t publish a flat rate in advance; quoting against your real route, hours, and date is what keeps it accurate.
Yes, subject to partner availability on your date. Cross-border coaches are MY-plated for legs beyond JB, a return is quoted one-way × 2, and an after-midnight pickup (11pm–7am) adds a flat S$30. We confirm the specific coach and any cross-border details on WhatsApp before you commit.
For groups beyond a single 30-seater we can run a multi-coach dispatch under one booking — say two coaches for a 55-person cohort — so the group isn’t split across separate operators. Send us the headcount and we’ll quote the combination that fits.
Earlier is better, because it’s partner-sourced. Give us a couple of weeks for weekend dates and school-holiday periods when coach demand peaks. Mid-week intra-Singapore trips are usually easier to slot in closer to the date, but we’d still confirm availability before quoting.
